Put your assets in front of buyers who are actively sourcing
SupplyVaultAI turns scattered, opaque infrastructure sales into structured listings that buyers can actually find and filter. Verified sellers list across twelve categories, get matched to buyer procurement requests, and run every conversation through an auditable deal room to close.
Why list here
Structured listings, verified identity, matched demand
Buyers on the platform filter on capacity, region, price, and availability — so listings built on those fields reach the right demand without over-disclosing.
Structured listings
Every listing carries category, location, multi-state US region coverage, capacity and unit, price and unit, availability date, and technical specifications — the fields buyers filter on.
Verification badge
Request company verification, get reviewed by platform administrators, and carry the verification badge on every listing you publish.
Matched procurement demand
Buyers post structured procurement requests with required capacity, regions, budget, and timeline. The matching engine connects fitting listings to those requests and notifies both sides.
Controlled disclosure
Keep public listings at teaser level and stage detailed materials inside NDA-gated deal rooms with document management built in.
Contract-to-payment workflow
NDAs, LOIs, MSAs, and purchase agreements with versions and review states. Payment tracking — Stripe, ACH, wire, escrow, financing, or external — opens once the contract is executed.
One record per deal
Stages from inquiry to closed, plus messages, internal notes, and tasks, keep every buyer conversation auditable in one workspace.
How it works
From first listing to closed transaction
- 1
Create an account and request verification
Every account starts with a 30-day full-access trial. Submit your company for verification; platform administrators review and approve, and the badge appears on your listings.
- 2
Publish structured listings
List assets in any of the twelve categories — power, land, utility capacity, transformers, substations & EPC, data centers, GPU compute, AI models and applications, financing, logistics, insurance — with the specifications buyers filter on.
- 3
Receive inquiries and matched requests
Buyers find you through search and saved-search alerts, and the matching engine connects your listings to procurement requests that fit.
- 4
Negotiate and close in a deal room
Accept a deal room request and move through NDA, RFI, RFQ, LOI, diligence, contracting, execution, payment, and closing — with the full document and message trail preserved.

Frequently asked questions
How does seller verification work?
Your company submits a verification request from its platform profile. Platform administrators review the request and approve or reject it. Once approved, a verification badge is displayed on your listings, which buyers use to qualify counterparties before engaging.
Do I have to publish sensitive commercial details publicly?
No. Listings carry structured, non-confidential specifications for discovery. Detailed diligence materials, financials, and negotiated terms are exchanged inside access-controlled deal rooms, typically after an NDA is executed through the platform's contract workflow.
How do payments work when a deal closes?
The platform is the system of record for payment. Once the contract is executed, the deal moves to payment tracking with a confirmation workflow — supporting Stripe, ACH, wire, escrow, financing, or an external method. Applicable platform fees per deal are computed by a config-driven pricing engine and shown for the transaction.
