How Verification Works on SupplyVaultAI

Infrastructure deals are too large to run on unverified claims. Every company and every listing on the platform passes human review before it reaches the market — here is exactly what that review covers, and what it does not.

Company verification

Profiles are reviewed by people, not just algorithms

  1. 1

    Submit a company profile

Companies complete a profile describing who they are and what they buy or sell on the platform.

  2. 2

    Request verification

The company requests verification when its profile is ready for review.

  3. 3

    Compliance review

Platform administrators with the compliance role review the profile and set a status: verified, rejected, or suspended.

  4. 4

    Badge on the market

Verified companies carry a verification badge on their profile and on every listing they publish. Content from suspended or rejected companies is not shown.

Listing review

Every listing passes review before going live

Listings move through a defined lifecycle: draft → submitted → under review → live. Only listings that reach the live status appear on public surfaces and in marketplace search.

Accurate specifications required

Listings must state accurate specifications for the asset or capacity offered. Category templates define the required fields.

Misleading availability prohibited

Advertising capacity or equipment that is not genuinely available for transaction is prohibited and grounds for removal.

Sold and archived listings removed

When a listing is sold or archived it is removed from public surfaces, so what you see on the marketplace is what is actually for sale.

Your diligence still matters

Verification supports diligence — it does not replace it

A verification badge means a company passed platform compliance review. It is not a guarantee of counterparty performance, and buyers should still perform their own diligence on any transaction. The platform is built to make that diligence easier: deal rooms support document exchange under NDA, with staged disclosure and a full audit trail.

Trade with counterparties that passed review.
